テビチ汁✖️運玉食堂🥢

沖縄の冬は当たり前だけど、本土よりは

気温高いですが、寒い時期に風圧が強い事が多く体感温度が気温以上に寒く感じる為

南国のくせに温かい汁物、スープを欲します。ケアマネっていう仕事柄、外勤が多く

コロナで自粛気味ではありますが

基本、外回りで昼食します。

そんな寒い🥶時期に欲するのが

テビチ…🐷さんの足を煮込んだ沖縄独自の汁物。これを食べ寒風吹き込みダメージMAXの身とココロを癒すのです。

メニューは沖縄料理と町中華?的なものが

列挙され、どれもボリューム満点です。

そんなボリューム満点なやつでも、あっさり少ない時間で食べてしまう自分に罪悪感を感じながらも関係ないね!とパクつのが

運玉食堂。来ました。テビチ汁

あっさりな鰹ベース?のスープ

間違っていたらすいません。

飲みやすいです。メインのテビチの脇役を固めるのは昆布、揚げ豆腐、大根。

そしてザ・おきなわ汁物の主演俳優賞

レタス🥬。これがシャキッっていい役割果たしています。

そしてテビチ。口に運びプルプル食感から

骨周りのお肉がよい意味でお肉の野生感を感じながらホロホロ柔らかくて美味いのです。

少し基本ベースの味を楽しんだら生姜を入れ味変。更に進むとコーレグース(唐辛子泡盛漬け)を入れ辛みパンチ👊をかまします。

そんな美味しいテビチ汁にご飯が進み

あっという間にご飯が無くなり

おかわり〜!そう運玉食堂は、ご飯おかわり自由なんです。感動🥺

しかし油断かますとお椀6杯くらい余裕な自分は泣きながら、おかわりという言葉は

押し殺すのです。何故って肥満さんだからです。😢

味わったつもりでしたけど気がつけば

6分少々で食べ終えている事に悲しみを覚え

またね運玉食堂って後にするのです。

また会える日までって

そんなこんなで食事終えたらお客さんが続々と入店。間違いなく一度入ったら

リピーターになる事、間違いなしです。

今度は大盛りチャーハン頼もう。満腹感に罪悪感感じながらも食べてしまうのです。

Tebiti…Okinawa’s unique soup made by boiling 🐷’s legs. I eat this to heal my body and mind that are damaged by the cold wind.

The menu consists of Okinawan cuisine and a variety of local dishes. Something like that.

All of them are full of volume.

I felt guilty that I could eat such hearty food in such a small amount of time, but it didn’t matter! I’ll just eat it.
